Confidence is key to succeeding in anything you want to be or anything you want to do. Our face is the first thing people see when walking into any room. Many of us who suffer from problematic skin lack confidence because we feel that others are starring at the huge pimples or the gazillion of dark spots on our face. My mission is to help heal individuals from the outside so they feel good about themselves on the inside giving them a boost of confidence to be the best that they can be.
Since adolescence, I struggled with acne and eczema. I tried many over the counter products as well as medical prescribed products. The drugstore cosmetics only made my acne worst. The prescription products worked but eventually started to bleach, burn and irritate my skin even while using in accordance to the doctor’s instructions. I quit using all products and just suffered through the rest of my teenage years until I thankfully out grew the acne.
However, just a few years ago I developed adult acne. I knew I wasn’t going back down that long dark road of drugstore or prescription products. I had to do something about it myself. I began researching and whipping up concoctions in my kitchen and believe me it was not all cupcakes and rainbows. It’s been a journey full of trial and error and using myself and my family as guinea pigs. Over the years I learned so much about ingredients and how to truly formulate these amazing healing herbs into beautiful little recipes.
Once I looked back at pictures and saw how far my skin had come using just my products alone, I knew I had to share this with others and provide more people the opportunity to achieve clear healthy skin using gentle naturally derived skincare that doesn’t make your skin worst than how you started.
Furthermore, I couldn’t stop there. It wasn’t enough for me to just create products to help heal skin conditions. As I continued my research, I found that some of my deeper skin issues could not be cured with products alone. I needed professional skincare treatments to repair the deeper layers of my skin and allow for my products to actually work more efficiently. I then became even more in love with skincare and I felt that I had to do more.
Finally, I decided to become more educated and certified to be able to provide both the professional treatments as well as the at home skincare to people who struggle with problematic skin like myself.
